Najaah Yasmine Daniels – Founding CEO

Najaah Yasmine (she/ella) is an orator, political strategist, and social movement leader with 15 years of experience in advocacy, organizing, and power building. Her work on the local, state, and national level has awarded her numerous accolades including a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition and the Princeton Prize in Race Relations. She is also the Founder and CEO of Twice As Good LLC,  a social impact and advocacy firm specializing in helping individuals and institutions transmute trauma into post-traumatic growth under a socio-cultural and liberation philosophy framework. As of February 2021, Najaah Yasmine began spearheading the Inclusive Capital Collective’s efforts to overcome systemic racism through equitable access to capital.

Astrid Scholz, PhD – Project Lead

Astrid (she/her) is a co-founder of Zebras Unite and leads the cooperative’s capital team where she is responsible for the incubation and support of the Inclusive Capital Collective. Astrid is also a Managing Partner of Armillaria, a system design and technology collective dedicated to creating global, distributed, democratic infrastructure for mobilizing people, knowledge and capital to solve wicked problems. Astrid was previously President of Ecotrust, a conservation-based development organization with $150M in assets under management. She holds degrees from the Universities of St. Andrews, Bristol, and California at Berkeley.
